If choosing from the Newstart selection of designs, all that’s left to do is finalise your colour selection. Have your own house plans already? No worries! We can develop custom designs to suit your needs putting our expertise into action to bring optimal efficiency to your custom design.
2. Put Pen to Paper
Finalise and sign all remaining documentation. Provide finance approval and pay the deposit. Throughout the build, you'll need to pay all base stage progress payments.
3. Grab The Keys
At this stage, the house is complete and about to become your home. Newstart will proudly hand over the keys over to you to make your house a home. As new home builders in Brisbane, we believe in building products that last.
