Our Process

Step 1

Estimate

Consult with our Sales Team about home designs and budget, then select your dream Newstart Homes Design.

Step 2

PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

Your plan has been decided on, and a preliminary agreement has been created. To progress the process, you will need to sign the agreement and pay the preliminary deposit. Our Newstart team will now arrange site investigations.

Step 3

FINAL PLANS

Now it’s getting final! Plans will be ready for final view and acceptance at your appointment with your Sales Consultant. This is the final chance for any structural changes.

Step 4

CONTRACT SIGNING

Let’s get serious! At this time you will receive your contract for signing. After contract signing, you will be able to obtain finance approval.

Step 5

SELECTION APPOINTMENTS

Deciding your style! Now it’s time to turn your house into your vision with some colour and style choices. Our team will be with you to help achieve the style you’re looking for.

Step 6

BUILDING APPROVAL

Getting close to starting your dream home. Now your contract, colours and electrical are all finalised, your plans will be lodged to our private certifier for building approval.

Step 7

COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION

Great news, your Building Approval has arrived! Once Newstart has received your authority to commence construction, you will progress to the onsite building stages.

Step 8

HANDOVER

We then have the pleasure of handing you the keys to your brand new home, the place where you’ll make memories for many years to come.

Construction phase

Buying a home will most likely be the most exciting and daunting purchase of your life. We’ve reinvented our process to eliminate any concerns or fears you have, so you can focus your energy on excitement, packing and planning for future family gatherings.
